Regional Head North – Key Details:
This leadership role reports directly to the Secretary ICAP and involves overseeing operations, ensuring compliance, and executing strategic objectives across multiple departments, including Examinations, Education & Training, Finance, Legal, Corporate Affairs, and IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement operational plans aligned with ICAP’s strategic goals.
- Supervise regional office heads and ensure effective policy execution.
- Represent ICAP in governmental and corporate forums across the Northern Region.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including members, corporate partners, and academic institutions.
- Support policy development, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Option 1: Fellow Member of ICAP with 15+ years post-qualification experience.
- Option 2: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field from an HEC-recognized university with 20+ years professional experience, including 5 years in a C-Level role.
- Proven leadership in strategic planning and multi-functional operations.
