Regional Head North – Key Details
This senior leadership role reports directly to the Secretary of ICAP and is responsible for overseeing operations in the Northern Region. The position requires strategic and operational leadership across examinations, education & training, finance, legal, corporate affairs, and IT.

Responsibilities:

• Execute operational strategies aligned with ICAP’s goals.
• Supervise examinations, training programs, members’ affairs, finance, legal, corporate, and IT departments.
• Lead regional office administrative heads and ensure policy compliance.
• Represent ICAP in government and industry forums across the Northern Region.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with members, academic partners, corporate entities, and government organizations.
• Support policy development, internal controls, and compliance monitoring.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fellow Member of ICAP with a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience
  OR
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university with at least 20 years of professional experience, including 5 years in a C-Level position.
• Proven leadership in strategic planning and stakeholder management.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities across multi-functional operations.
